Step 1: Set up an informational meeting and tour of our school. This enables parents/guardians to discover our philosophy and practices in educating children. To set up a tour, please call for an appointment at (512) 836-7262 (Austin) or (512) 520-5400 (Round Rock).
Step 2: If OWM is the right fit for your family, complete the admission application and pay the non-refundable $100.00 Registration Fee. Download our enrollment forms to start your child’s admission process today! ENROLLMENT FORMS
Step 3: If a place is not immediately available in the child’s program, the child will be placed in a waiting list. Children are chosen from the waiting list as spaces become available.
Step 4: You will receive an emailed welcome letter prior to your child’s first day. Attached to that email will be your child’s classroom information, teacher’s name, all of the necessary paperwork, tuition express and the parent handbook.
Step 5: On your child’s first day you will receive all of the log in information for the door and computer system. You will also be shown how to log into and add drop off notes in Tadpoles.
